Quesos Cesar is a familiar company wich take the name of his fundator, Ceasareo Verbo Gonzalez. They are situated in the heart of La mancha, in Consuegra village with important manchega tradition and monuments like tha medieval castle and the widmills. Since the fundation of the company we they get the experience and the knowledge to make high quality product.

 

Dressed in his natural crust without added dyes or other substances foreign to the product itself, our Artisan Manchego Cheese DO OLD "Don Cesareo" is made with authentic raw milk Manchego sheep. With minimal healing 9 months OLD "Don Cesareo" is characterized by the strength of its flavor and aroma, slightly flaky texture and homogeneous with just eyes (very small and not uniformly distributed over the surface, a sign of quality in the production ), ivory color, taste and marked by their persistence and intense flavor, rich with ripening time.

Our authentic cream cheese made ​​from raw milk artisan sheep and extra virgin olive oil, no added dyes or other substances foreign to the product itself, makes this product so unique, ideal for the most discerning palates cream. For elaboration use cheese with a minimum cure of 10 months.
