JAM & PEAR ROLLS

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 large pear (ripe, but not soft), peeled and cut into four rectangles

  • 4 thin slices of ham

  • 1 c / s parmesan flakes

  • Cream of balsamic vinegar

  • Caramelized onions Ingredients:

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 c / s brown sugar

  • 20 grs. butter

 

 

PREPARATION

 

 

In a skillet, heat the butter, add the onion and let it cook for 10 minutes, add sugar and let caramelize over low heat.

 

Put on each slice of ham, in this order: Pear, Parmesan and caramelized onions. Wrap and arrange the rolls on a lined with Silpat or parchment paper tray.

 

Bake 6 minutes at 200 degrees (do not let more time or ham will be very strong flavor)

 

Decorate with cream vinegar balsámico.Sugerencias: you can use shallots with plum jam instead of the caramelized onions

INGREDIENTS:

 

- Baghette bread

- Serrano jam

- Manchego cheese

- Tomatoe

- Olive oil

- and green peppers

 

PREPARATION:

 

- Cut the baghette by the middle

- Put the tomatoe and olive oil in one part of the bread

- Put all the igredents (serrrano jam, manchego cheese)

- And cover it with the other part of the bread
